Smiles Beach Hotel - Nungwi

So cozy and charming, such a beautiful beach area.

Charming small and relaxing place, I thoroughly enjoyed incredible personnel.

Its stunning, beachfront location was a plus. The room was beautifully maintained, brand-new and had a storage space, mosquito nets, and electrical adapters.

Brand-new and well-maintained room and large bathroom with a bathtub and corner bath. All the staff was always available. Location very close to the most beautiful beach in nungwi and most restaurants and bars and local market. Nearby Fisherman Bar & Grill - great place to chill out.

The venue was in a beachfront location short walk to the Mnarani Natural Aquarium, and the tourist area. I tried some drinks at seafood restaurant Wave's Restaurant and Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

For a more enjoyable breakfast, consider trying local eateries. The hotel breakfast lacks variety and quality.

The room is reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the hotel is special.

The friendly Masai guard enriched our cultural understanding.

While the location was perfect, we faced some challenges with unstable Wi-Fi and occasional water supply issues in the mornings. The bathroom amenities could use some enhancement for a more comfortable stay.

The spacious Beautiful Double Room with a balcony and sea view offered fine vistas of Nungwi Beach. The friendly staff were pretty good. Excellent food choices complemented the beautiful, quiet beach access.

The spacious Beautiful Double Room offered a lovely ocean view. The generous buffet included a variety of hot and cold dishes, satisfying even the most discerning palate. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, and it would have been great to have more hot water in the bathroom. The proximity to local beach vendors was not always comfortable, as it affected the tranquility of the stay.

Smiles is a charming smaller resort right on the beachfront. The rooms are kept super clean every day, and the staff is super friendly and always smiling. We really appreciated the nice pool area. The massages at the spa were a lovely treat, too!

I had a fantastic stay with stunning views from my room's balcony. The buffet dinners were delicious! Just wish there was more hot water available. I'd definitely return!

The beach is just a short stroll away, and the hotel's private stretch helps keep the pesky beach vendors at bay. The accessibility to the center of town is easy and only takes about 5-10 minutes on foot.

The room we had was advertised as a Superior King Room, but it actually featured two twin beds instead. The breakfast selection left much to be desired, primarily consisting of leftovers from the previous night, and the overall cleanliness of the facilities, especially the pool, was disappointing with clouded water and a lack of maintenance. One mosquito net had a giant hole in it, which kind of defeats its purpose, and the dining experience was rather lackluster with limited choices and no alcohol available during meals.
